How to compress WAV format to MP3 format:
 Choose Tools/MP3 Compressor main menu item.
A dialog will appear where you need to do the following:
Assign a source (WAV) and target (MP3) file names. As soon as the source file will be chosen
its data will be displayed. In particular you will see its sampling rate and channels mode.
Optionally assign the resampling rate for conversion to
(usually) worse quality / smaller size file.
Optionally you can choose a quality preset. It is a subjective
sound quality measurement unit.
Click "Encode" button to start encoding.
After encoding is finished you can evaluate the results
by pressing "Play MP3" button. The file just converted will play in an embedded mediaplayer.
