under LGPL by The FFMPEG Project team

By using such options of the Video Encoding Library you will violate patent holder rights.
Doing so, you act at your own risk and no obligations can be applied to the Openworld FlashPresenter software owners.
Openworld FlashPresenter uses FFMPEG Library only and exclusively to encode the source video into Flash Video (FLV) format,
which is open source format and can be used anywhere without any royalty fees.
LAME MP3 Encoding Library is distributed as opensource tool
under LGPL by The LAME Project.
LAME Library is used for audio encoding into MP3 format.
DSPack Windows DirectX® Library is distributed as freeware
opensource tool and is used for converting MP3 into uncompessed WAV and to play
MP3 and video streams. Video Converter and Video Joiner tools also use some components from the DSPack Library.
