Synchronizing Speakers
Synchronising Speakers to Transcript:
You might wish to use different speakers in your presentation or e-learning course.
Starting from version 2.04 Openworld FlashPresenter lets you do it with ease.
To begin synchronizing speakers' appearance with the scrolling Transcript, first click on the Synchronizer icon within Openworld Flash Presenter.
Next, click on the Speakers tab to get started, and follow the steps given below.
The following illustration shows, at a glance, the steps involved in synchronizing speakers to the Transcript:
Speakers Synchronization
Click the leftmost toolbutton to create a new Speaker item
Assign the Title / Subtitle for the new item
You can also assign a still photo for a Speaker item,
this photo will be applied if there is no video track (i.e. the presentation includes audio track only)
Drag and drop the selected Speaker item onto a paragraph of your Transcript
Continue to add new Speaker items as much as you need and drop them onto the relevant Transcript paragraphs
Note: A Speaker marker appears right next to the Slide marker, indicating the preset time for the speaker photo (if any) and related text to appear on screen when the movie playback will come to an appropriate position
