PowerPoint Import Wizard
How to convert MS PowerPoint slides into Flash Presentation:
The main purpose of this Wizard is to create the Openworld FlashPresenter Project file
from your MS PowerPoint presentation (both PPT and PPS formats are supported).
Also this Wizard can help you to create the audiotrack and speech transcript
for your future Openworld FlashPresenter project. So, in fact as the result of
this Wizard work, you get continuous audiotrack and fully synchronized Openworld FlashPresenter project file,
ready for export into Flash format. The only extra action you might wish to do is to add speaker's photo
and/or logotype to your Flash presentation, which are the options, available at the
Export page of Openworld FlashPresenter.
PowerPoint Import Wizard Features:
Create continuous audio/video track in FLV format from the slide narration tracks.
Slides may have associated audio/video track, with video, recorded in AVI, MPEG or another popular video format, and audio, recorded in PCM, MP3 or another popular audio compression format.
Lets you narrate slides i.e. to record audiotrack for each slide, using
microphone or another audio source, available in your computer's audio system.
Create Speech Transcript for each slide, using embedded simple text editor, so
you can either create the speech transcript from the existing audiotrack or to read
the text from this text editor into microphone and record the audiotrack "on-the-fly".
Import Hyperlinks from PowerPoint Slides and convert them into navigable hyperlinks in your Openworld FlashPresenter presentation.
Both "external" (Internet) and "internal" (pointing to another slide) hyperlinks are exported.
"External" hyperlinks will open web pages in your default web browser popup windows, "Internal" links will
navigate your presentation to the position, where target slide appears. So, you can easily create
presentation navigation system in your PowerPoint slides.
Import Event Sounds from PowerPoint Slides and convert them into
hyperlink sounds in Openworld FlashPresenter presentation. For example, you can assign a
short audio clip as "Mouse Over" sound for some PowerPoint Shape (slide element).
This sound will be reproduced each time user brings a mouse into this element within
the Openworld FlashPresenter presentation. So, you can easily create self-descriptive slides, where
slide elements can "speak" and describe, what they are.
